At TAUCHIC we strive to make the entire purchasing and delivery process as simple and transparent as possible. In this shipping policy, we explain how we handle delivery, shipping costs, and orders in Denmark, in accordance with Google Merchant Center’s guidelines and EU consumer protection regulations.

Free shipping throughout Denmark

TAUCHIC offers free shipping on all orders in Denmark—regardless of order size. There is no minimum purchase requirement and no hidden fees. All shipping costs are included in the price, so you always know exactly what you’re paying.

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure fast and secure delivery right to your door.

Processing Your Order

Once you've placed your order, our team will begin processing it right away.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. CET on a weekday will be processed the same day; orders placed after that time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking link so you can easily track your package.

All payments and order processing are handled securely via SSL encryption to protect your information.

Delivery times

The average delivery time is 4–6 business days after shipment. The total delivery time (including processing) is usually 5–8 business days.

We always do our best to deliver within the expected timeframe. However, during busy periods (such as holidays or sales), delivery times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Process

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to track your package in real time. If you haven’t received an email, we recommend checking your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at info@tauchic.dk — and we'll help you right away.

We deliver during the day. If you are not home, the carrier may attempt a second delivery or drop off the package at a pickup location.

Missing or delayed delivery

If your package has not been delivered within 30 days of shipment, the order is considered delayed. Please contact us at info@tauchic.dk, and we'll look into it. We always offer either:

  • a free replacement shipment, or

  • A full refund if the item cannot be delivered.

Damaged or defective product

Although we do our best to ensure safe delivery, damage may occur during shipping in rare cases. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@tauchic.dk and attach:

  • your order number

  • photos of the product (and any damage)

  • a photo of the shipping label

We will then send you a replacement product at no charge or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be made in accordance with our official return policy. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipments must always be sent with track & trace, as we cannot refund packages without proof of shipment. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Error in delivery address

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and the order is returned, additional shipping charges may apply. TAUCHIC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

Ordering Process

  1. Go to the product page you want and click “Add to Cart”.

  2. Check your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout”.

  3. Enter your information and shipping address, and make sure everything is correct.

  4. Select a payment method — all payments are secured with SSL encryption.

  5. Once the payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
