At TAUCHIC, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you have the right to return or exchange your item in accordance with the terms below.
1. What do we accept?
We accept returns of products purchased directly from TAUCHIC through our online store, tauchic.dk, provided they are in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
2. Return window and product condition
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your order. Within this period, you may return your purchase without giving a reason, provided that the product:

is in its original and undamaged condition,

is unused, and
-
is in its original packaging with all included labels and accessories.
3. Return Method
Returns must always be sent via tracked shipping, as we cannot issue refunds for packages without proof of shipment. We recommend using a reliable shipping provider.
4. How to create a return
To request a return, please contact us at info@tauchic.dk Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you the necessary return instructions within one business day.
5. Return label, costs, and liability
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. In such casesTAUCHIC will cover all return shipping costs.
You are responsible for the item until we have received it. Please make sure to pack the product securely.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different style, color, or size, please contact us first via info@tauchic.dk. We'll walk you through the process.
7. Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive your refund within 7 business days via the same payment method you used for your purchase. We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
8. Order Cancellation
You can cancel or change your order within 5 minutes of completing your payment. After this time, the order is automatically processed by our system, and we can no longer stop the shipment.
If the order has already been shipped, you can still return it after receiving it, subject to the other provisions of this policy.
9. Incorrect delivery or damaged item
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@tauchic.dk and attach:

your order number

photos of the product (including any damage)

a photo of the shipping label
We will review your inquiry within one business day and provide an appropriate solution—usually in the form of a replacement product or a refund.
10. Warranty and Statutory Rights
As a Danish consumer, you have the statutory rights under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the right to file a complaint for up to 24 months after purchase in the event of a manufacturing defect. These rights are not affected by this policy.
11. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been custom-made or customized to your specifications

Products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons
